Out of hours costs

Out of hours embryo transfer treatments will be charged at £85 per session. This includes weekdays before 8am, Saturdays before 8am and after 4pm, sundays before 9am and after 12:30pm, plus bank holidays.

This is a service we can only provide to our existing patients and clients who have been seen on the current cycle. We cannot see clients for ET treatments alone. Pre and post transfers treatments will be done whenever reasonably possible.

Appointments cancelled with 24 hours will be charged at full fee. We attempt to keep costs as low as possible and as such a strict policy must be maintained. Work commitments cannot constitute an acceptable reason.

In addition Herbal Medicines cost (based on 10-14 days supply):

      • Pills – From £7.50
      • Capsules/Tablets – From £20
      • Powders – From £20

Insurance companies are increasingly covering acupuncture as part of their policies. However this is only with some insurers and certain policies and for certain conditions. Also, it is individual practitioners rather than the clinic who will be covered. It is very important to check with your provider specifically about their requirements for coverage.

Typically patients will pay for treatment and reclaim the cost through their insurers where we provide and receipts and reports as requested. (the only exception to this being Vitality)
